At Mavi Travels (www.gurtravels.com), we are committed to providing the best taxi service experience in Chandigarh Mohali Rupnagar Anandpur Sahib and surrounding areas. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent for all our valued customers.

1. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility

  • 100% Refund – Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
  • 50% Refund – Cancellations made 6 to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup.
  • No Refund – Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the scheduled pickup time or in case of a no-show.

2. Special Conditions (Outstation & Packages)

For outstation trips or custom travel packages, the refund policy may vary based on the advance booking amount and itinerary. In such cases, refund terms will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

3. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original mode of payment. Customers will receive a confirmation once the refund has been initiated.

4. Non-Refundable Charges

  • Booking convenience fees (if any)
  • Government taxes already paid
  • Toll, parking, and driver allowance already incurred

5. Changes to Bookings

If you wish to reschedule your trip, we will do our best to accommodate changes, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made less than 6 hours before pickup may incur additional charges.
